At SCEHON, we strive to deliver your skincare products as quickly and safely as possible. Our shipping process typically takes 2 to 4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) from the time you place your order on our Website.
We partner with reliable third-party logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of your skincare products. Once your order is processed, we will share the details of the logistics partner responsible for shipping and delivery.

Handling Charges
A handling charge applies to all orders. For ‘Cash on Delivery’ (COD) orders, you agree that the Logistic Partner is authorized to collect the cash on our behalf.
Serviceable Areas
While we strive to deliver to all locations across India, there may be certain areas deemed unserviceable for delivery at our discretion. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges may vary based on factors like product value, delivery area, payment method, and the nature of the product. You agree that we may collect shipping fees on behalf of the Logistic Partner for their delivery services. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the delivered product is defective, damaged, or incorrect (upon our verification).
Ownership and Risk
Once your order is delivered to you, the title and risk of the product pass on to you.
Delivery
To ensure smooth and secure delivery of your skincare products, we may collect information such as your name, shipping address, billing address, contact details, and any relevant landmarks. You must ensure that the information provided is accurate, complete, and sufficient to facilitate delivery. We will not be liable for delivery failures due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by you.
Secure Delivery with OTP
For added security, we provide a one-time password ("OTP") for deliveries. After dispatch, you will receive an OTP on your registered email and phone number. Please share the OTP only with the Logistic Partner upon receipt of your order. Do not share the OTP unless you have received the product.
Delivery Attempts
Our logistics partner will attempt to deliver your products within the estimated timeline. If the first attempt is unsuccessful, they will make up to three (3) attempts within 48-72 hours. If delivery fails after these attempts, we reserve the right to cancel your order, and the product will be returned to its original source. In this case, the shipping charges may be deducted from your refund.
Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, there may be unforeseen circumstances or logistical challenges beyond our control that can cause delays. In such cases, we will notify you via email or mobile number. However, we will not be held liable for any delays or compensation related to such delays.
Reverse Pickup and Returns
Reverse pickups or returns are subject to serviceability by our Logistic Partner. In case reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be asked to send the product via a reliable courier. Rest assured, we will find the best possible solution to make the return process easy for you.
Ethics and Professionalism
At SCEHON, we ensure that our Logistic Partners, employees, and agents operate with the highest level of professionalism and integrity. However, we are not responsible for any issues related to the delivery process, such as delays, wrong deliveries, damaged products, or misconduct by delivery personnel.
