Cancellation Policy – How Does It Work?
You can cancel your order before it is dispatched or within 3 hours of placing it—whichever happens first. However, partial cancellations or canceling individual items from your order are not allowed after the order has been placed.
To initiate a cancellation, simply email us at info@misaelife.com with your request.
- For prepaid orders canceled within 3 hours of placing the order, a full refund will be processed.
- Refunds for canceled orders will take approximately 24-48 business hours to process, once your cancellation request is verified by our team.
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations after delivery due to hygiene reasons.
Scehon reserves the right to refuse transactions or delay refunds by 3-6 months for users with a history of frequent cancellations, especially bulk order cancellations.
